Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data. This policy explains what we collect on yourquietnight.com and in A Quiet Night, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Nala Consultoria e Marketing Ltda., a company registered in Brazil, is responsible for your data. Contact: support@yourquietnight.com.
What we collect
- When you ask for something by email (for example, a free session or our letters): your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
- When you buy: your name, email address, country and the details of your order, which we receive from our reseller, Creem. Your card details are handled by Creem and its payment partners — we never see or store them.
- When you write to us: your message and your email address.
- When you visit the website: our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics that follow you around the web.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you asked for or bought, and to give you access to it (contract).
- To send the emails you signed up for — the free session, a short series of practices, and a weekly letter — which you can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email (consent).
- To answer your messages and handle refunds (contract and legitimate interest).
- To keep the website secure and to meet our legal and tax obligations (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
Who helps us
We share data only with the providers we need, and only for the purposes above:
- Creem — our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments, invoices and taxes.
- Sender — the service we use to send emails.
- Cloudflare — hosting delivery and website security.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, the European Union and Brazil, under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your email while you are subscribed, and order records for as long as the law requires. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we do so, except for what we must keep by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe, the LGPD in Brazil or the laws of your US state), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to support@yourquietnight.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
Children
A Quiet Night is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email when the change is important.
