Terms of Service

1. Who we are

A Quiet Night and the website yourquietnight.com are operated by Nala Consultoria e Marketing Ltda., a company registered in Brazil ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@yourquietnight.com. By using the website or our products you agree to these terms.

2. What you get

A Quiet Night is a digital program: fourteen guided audio sessions and the PDF materials described on the product page. When you buy it, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to, download and print the materials for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute them.

3. Purchases and payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller, Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders: Creem handles the payment, the invoice and the sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, and its own terms apply to the transaction. Prices are shown in US dollars. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Access

After your purchase you receive, by email, a link to a private page where you can listen to and download the program. Please keep that link to yourself. If you lose it, write to us and we will send it again.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. A wellness practice, not medical advice

A Quiet Night offers breathing, relaxation and reflection practices for general well-being. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure insomnia or any other condition. If you have persistent trouble sleeping, breathing difficulties, or any health concern, talk to a qualified professional before starting. Stop any practice that makes you uncomfortable. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation that requires your attention.

7. Brother Anselm and the use of AI

Brother Anselm is a fictional character created with artificial intelligence, and his voice and images are generated by AI. He is inspired by the Benedictine tradition but is not a real monk or priest, and A Quiet Night is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any monastery, church or religious order. The content is written and reviewed by people before it is published.

8. Intellectual property

All audio, text, images, names and materials on this website and in the program belong to us or are used with permission. Quotations from historical texts are in the public domain or used within the limits of the law.

9. Limitation of liability

The website and the program are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version in force when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
